Client Onboarding Checklist
Step 1: kick-off
Customer folder is created on Cylindo Google Drive
Customer Slack channel is created
Customer is created on CMS (normally done by CSM to ensure link to Hubspot)
Master Project Spreadsheet is created from template (create a copy and then move the copy to the client folder on Cylindo Drive. DO NOT download and then upload as it will break certain links, formulas and formatting.)
Internal Sales Handover has been completed, questions are answered (find details here).
Client kick-off has been scheduled by sales
A presentation is prepared for the client kick-off call (normally led by CSM, with Sales and PM input).
A kick-off call is held (normally led by CSM, with Sales and PM input).
Follow-email is sent with links to MPS, Learning Center, and an invitation to a follow-up session within the next week after kick-off
Step 2: defining scope & requirements for the intro batch
The client understands Cylindo workflow
The client has filled in information in the MPS following the Master Project Spreadsheet Guide
The client is familiar with Cylindo product data requirements
The client is familiar with Cylindo material data requirements and has received shipping instructions.
The client has access and is introduced to the Cylindo Platform
The client understands how to submit data in CMS
Step 3: data verification
The client has submitted data
Product data checklist is cleared (see "Data Checklist" tab in the MPS)
Internal kick-off template is filled in
A formal kick-off call with the production team is done
The client knows how to answer questions on CMS from the pre-production team
The has done their setup selection
Step 4: review training
The customer understands how model reviews should be done
The customer understands how material reviews should be done
