What is it?

The Materials Review Tool has been updated with new beta features! Self-service color correction and streamlined issue reporting allow for faster review cycles and more control over the final look and feel of materials.

With the Materials Review Tool, you can now:

• Report issues directly onto the material file

• Use the drawing tool to mark problematic areas

• Compare previous material versions, geometries, and reference images

• Color-correct the material yourself by adjusting Exposure, Brightness, Contrast, Hue, and Saturation with easy-to-use sliders

Why does it matter?

Reduce review cycles and go live faster with better issue reporting, the ability to approve issues and materials directly, and a self-service tool to make final color adjustments to your exact specifications.

How does it work?

You will have the opportunity to review the materials as they are created by the Cylindo team within the associated Project and under the ‘Review’ tab. Choose between which references or geometries you would like to compare the material to and use the slider to switch between views. Then, use the self-service color correction and issue reporting features to make adjustments.
