Segments for Reports
These Segments are meant to show the users who engaged with our Viewer and those who made it the point of which they could have. We want to compare Cylindo against your visitors who made it to a product page rather than everyone who went on the site as that would not be a 1:1 comparison.
We recommend using this segment to see who viewed the viewer and include those that engaged as well. The engaged segment includes those who: spun, zoomed, clicked Full Screen, changed a feature, clicked the AR button, or launched AR.This helps to understand if the visuals we create then impact ROI.
If you have AR, this will show those who utilized the AR feature on their device.
We recommend using this segment to compare the use of Cylindo to pages that do not have the viewer. This helps to show the difference of Cylindo vs. what you have today.
Reports
1) Returning Visitors
This shows those who engaged with the Cylindo viewer and returned back for another session. This is valuable to see if customers who are "window shopping" are coming back to return at a higher rate showing they prefer the Cylindo experience.
2) Returning Purchasers
This shows the users who engaged with Cylindo and then purchased or came back later to purchase.
3) Sales Funnel
This helps to understand step by step if users are converting more while using the Cylindo viewer.
4) ROI
Here you can add as many metrics you would like to get an understanding of users, revenue, conversion rate, and more! This gives an overall picture of the Cylindo experience and if you are hitting your success criteria.
5) Top Materials/Options
You can change this report to show per product or in total. This is helpful to know what people want to see and how to decide what to set as a default or to have in a quick preview on your product page.
